INDIVIDUAL LEASING

We offer leases by the bed, not by the unit. This means each resident signs their own lease, giving you flexibility, financial security, and simplified transitions. Experience the comfort and assurance of a lease designed specifically for you.

LOCATION

Rushing to class is a thing of the past. We believe where students live should help them experience all that college has to offer. Residents can easily make it to and from school, restaurants, take-out joints, entertainment venues, and shopping plazas, all within walking distance from our property.

MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE

When your student lives in our UCSB off campus housing community, we will have their back 24/7. Our professional management and maintenance team are available during regular business hours to answer any questions, address concerns, and respond to maintenance requests. When our office is closed, we have staff on call, so your student won’t have to worry about being locked out of their apartment when coming back from a late night at the library. We also offer an online resident portal so tenants can contact us at any time, even to submit a maintenance request.

Moving your student out can be a stressful experience with a lot of moving parts. With our No Hassle Move-Out program, we help remove the stress and make the transition as smooth as possible. It’s designed to make your move-out effortless, so you can focus on spending quality time with your student during this important transition without worrying about the tedious cleaning process. With one simple payment, you can say goodbye to the stress of cleaning and let us take care of the hard work. Call our community team to learn more about No Hassle and sign up for a stress-free move-out experience.

Please note the No Hassle program is designed to simplify your move-out experience and reduce cleaning worries. However, if there is excessive damage or cleaning required in your unit, you may still be charged a fee even if you have signed up for the No Hassle program. Our team will assess the condition of your unit and notify you of any additional charges.
